The off-plan residential complex The Dunes in Abu Dhabi is a new premium project by Aldar Properties presenting a collection of four- and five-bedroom villas. Landscaped gardens with ornamental trees and shrubs will be planted between the local mansions. The lush greenery will create a comfortable environment for walking and outdoor leisure, while the proximity to the coastline will enable residents to enjoy a fresh sea breeze all year round.
The complex will be part of the new resort project Saadiyat Reserve located in the beachfront area of Saadiyat Island. Quality facilities will be provided on the premises. Specifically, the following communal spaces will be created in the centre of the community:

Non-residents of the UAE can buy real estate in The Dunes and have full ownership rights. The cheapest four-bedroom villa costs AED 6.5 million ($1.8 million), while a five-bedroom mansion sells for AED 9.9 million ($2.7 million).
While the villa community is still under development, buyers are entitled to an instalment plan. The developer offers a payment schedule, according to which 40% of the total amount is paid during the construction and the remaining 60% after commissioning. The down payment to reserve an off-plan property in The Dunes is 5%. After the construction is finished, the house prices will naturally increase.
